How do you add, and how expensive is it to add, air conditioning to a house built in 1905 with radiators

My husband and l are looking at a house built in 1905. It has gorgeous

radiators for the heating which we plan on keeping but l absolutely cannot

live without central air! Since there is no duct work, how does one add AC?

l wanna avoid having window units all over the house (it is a HUGE house)

If it has a large attic, you could put all of the duct work and

put one in like that in a very large 19th century house in Cheraw, SC it

Yes it is verry difficult to add central ac. You would need to
